Why is the office moving?
We’re moving to a new location to better serve our patients with more space, updated technology, and improved accessibility.
Where is the new office located?
Our new address is 12000 Menchaca Rd, Suite B, Austin, TX 78748. It’s conveniently located near Texican Cafe!
When will the new office open?
The new office will officially open on December 5, 2024. We are excited to welcome you to our new space!
Will there be any changes to office hours?
We are offering new and extended hours at our new location: Mon – Th: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 8 AM -2 PM
How will my scheduled appointments be affected?
All appointments scheduled during the transition will be honored at the new location. We’ll contact you if any changes are necessary.
What if I need to contact the office during the move?
Our phone number and email will remain the same. We will be closed the week of Thanksgiving starting Nov 27 to Dec 5 to allow for the transition.
Is there parking available at the new location?
Yes, there is ample parking available at the new office. We also have accessible parking for those with special needs.
Will my insurance still be accepted at the new office?
Yes, we are still working with the same insurance providers.
Will the same staff be at the new location?
Yes, you will still be seeing the same friendly team at our new office, ready to provide you with exceptional care.
Will there be any special offers or promotions for the grand opening?
Yes! We’ll have exclusive promotions and giveaways to celebrate the grand opening. Date TBD. Stay tuned for details!
